About us

Saddle Mountain Service Corporation has established a Board of Directors consisting of homeowners within our community with the:

​

  • Primary responsibility as Fiduciaries in the maintenance and repair of our community water system and;

  • Secondarily in the enforcement and compliance by our homeowner members with the covenants.

​

​All homes within our community are equipped with a water meter and owners are billed monthly based on usage. Water Usage fees are used to maintain and repair our water system and other costs of doing business for the corporation.

​

Monthly Meetings

SMSC monthly meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. unless noticed. From November-February the meetings are held via Zoom. For the remaining months, meetings are normally held in person at the fire station, 13 Mission Mt. Road, unless weather or illness make Zoom the preferred option.

 

All members are welcome to attend the monthly meetings. If you would like to participate via Zoom or have any topics you want to bring to the board, please contact us by email at saddlemountainpresident@gmail.com. Notes are also taken at each meeting, and minutes are uploaded to the website. If you are unable to attend, you can always review the meeting minutes.
